Study on Optician¡¯s Job Satisfaction and Turnover

Abstract
Purpose: Intension of this paper is making opportunity for changing awareness to improve efficiency of running optician`s shop and enhance occupation competitive of optician through analysis which effect of optician`s Job satisfaction to turnover intention and tenure.

Methods: Analysis 106 questionnaires which were answered by current opticians. Analysis correlation which are optician`s Job satisfaction to turnover intention and tenure through t-test and one-way ANOVA.

Result: Analysis result from number of turnover which affect to turnover intention and some factors of job satisfaction showed a correlation which is work environment satisfaction (p = 0.035), job experience satisfaction (p = 0.036), supervisor relationship satisfaction (p = 0.048), job satisfaction (p = 0.012) in a case for number of turnover. Analysis result from some factors of job satisfaction tenure which affect to turnover intention show a correlation which is job experience satisfaction (p = 0.035), comradeship satisfaction (p = 0.021) and supervisor relationship satisfaction (p = 0.046) in case of tenure.
Conclusion: Turnover is decreased when close fellowship with superior, job experience and job satisfaction are high.
